Electrical Production Assembler - Days

Job Type: Full Time Shift: Days Wage: $19.50/hr Essential Functions Lead daily execution of production activities in the assigned work center to meet or exceed safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency targets.

Supervise, coach, and evaluate Team Leads and Operators, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork.

Ensure adherence to daily build schedules and takt time; escalate risks to production targets to the Operations Manager.

Monitor and track performance against key metrics (output, defects, rework, attendance, downtime) and lead Tier 2 daily management meetings.

Coordinate with Planning, Materials, Quality, and Maintenance to ensure work center readiness (materials, tools, documents, etc.).

Enforce safety protocols, 5S practices, standard work, and compliance with operational policies.

Support onboarding, cross-training, and upskilling of team members in partnership with Learning & Development.
