Job Summary

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designs, develops and implements control systems programs including PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens, ControlLogix)
• Programs HMI and servo systems
• Develops robotics and automation systems
• Integrates electrical systems
• Coordinates and supervises machine startups and process launch
• Designs control panels, wiring diagrams and BOMs
• Troubleshoots electrical systems (up to 575 V, wiring, fuses, etc.)
• Understands WonderWare software
• Instructs maintenance personnel on use, functionality and programming of automation systems
• Mentors licensed electricians in PLC programming and troubleshooting
