Job Description The emphasis of this position is on delivering a world-class building services maintenance service, ensuring all electrical systems are safe, compliant and operating efficiently in line with statutory requirements and best practice. Key Responsibilities Carry out scheduled inspections, preventative and corrective maintenance, repairs, adjustments, testing and fault finding on electrical equipment Install, maintain, modify and repair electrical systems within public spaces and buildings Draft electrical installation plans and technical diagrams Ensure all electrical systems comply with national electrical safety standards and regulations Supervise electrical installations and provide technical expertise to installation teams, undertaking works where required Interpret and work from blueprints, wiring diagrams and manufacturer installation manuals Complete work orders accurately and record materials used Diagnose electrical faults and advise management on replacement of a...
