About the Role

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of electrical service delivery across housing client properties, ensuring compliance with legislation, contractual obligations and Mears operating standards.
Management of operational and commercial delivery in line with contractual commitments, budgets and cash flowEnsure full compliance with electrical safety, health and safety legislation, company procedures and industry best practiceManage direct labour and supply chain resources to improve productivity and deliver cost efficienciesOversee programmed servicing programmes, ensuring checks are completed within agreed client timescalesEnsure suitable evidence is collected and maintained to demonstrate electrical compliancePromote a strong customer focused culture aligned to the Mears Red ThreadEnsure completion of company and client reporting requirements and achievement of KPI targets
