**Job Description**

The Electrical Maintenance Lead oversees the commissioning, startup, and ongoing reliability of high-voltage and industrial electrical systems in a heavy industrial port environment. This role leads electrical commissioning activities, develops and manages preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and builds a high-performing maintenance team to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all electrical assets.

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead electrical commissioning activities during the startup phase for large motors and high-voltage equipment.
+ Execute I/O verification, loop checks, and controls testing to ensure proper system functionality.
