Guaranteed Take-home Pay before tax: £44,114.20
(Includes £40,314.20 salary, £1,700 shift allowance and an additional £2,000 paid in £500 increments every 3 months: January, April, July, October)
Average Earnings: Around £53,000 with on call & overtime (with plenty of opportunity to earn more)
