Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 17:00 (start ASAP)

Overview

A leading FM Service Provider is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work in a commercial environment on Liverpool Street. The role involves planned and reactive maintenance across the site, working closely with the on‑site maintenance team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Electrical lighting maintenance – small installations, fault‑finding, lamp changes, ballast replacement, control panels, power distribution
• Emergency lighting maintenance
• Air conditioning – filter changes, cleaning of air handling units and fan coil units
• Chiller unit reset
• Water treatment – temperature checks, non‑dosing
