ELECTRICAL LEADMAN (5yrs Exp. Required)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure that all materials are used in a safe, damage-free, and efficient manner.

Monitor vehicle and equipment performance and request maintenance and repairs when necessary.

Check all steps in the installation and finish process for efficiency and quality.

Be available to complete any task on the job site, as needed.

Review and approve all work records (time cards or sheets) for each employee reporting to this position.

Adhere to all established safety standards and procedures to protect employees and the Company.

Ensure that each job assigned is completed with an accident-free record.

Seek out opportunities to improve methods, processes, and procedures to benefit the company.

When requested, train new employees.

Submit work or activity reports according to Company policy.
