Electrical Lead - Industrial and Data Center Projects

We are seeking an Electrical Lead to manage the design, coordination, and execution of electrical systems in data center construction projects. This role ensures technical compliance, installation quality, and alignment with international standards and mission-critical infrastructure needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the review and coordination of electrical design packages, ensuring conformance with project specifications, client standards, and local regulations.
• Supervise installation of high-voltage, low-voltage, lighting, emergency, grounding, and backup power systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (MEP, commissioning, QA/QC) to resolve site challenges and technical conflicts.
• Manage electrical inspections, pre-commissioning, and energization plans for infrastructure activation.
• Support contractor selection and bid leveling processes for electrical scope.
