Electrical Lead

Enersense Engineering is currently seeking an
Electrical Lead
to support our client's Data Centre projects located in Kirkkonummi and Helsinki, Finland. We are hiring on a permanent basis and the position is set to start as soon as possible.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

• Take a leading role in driving productivity through effective weekly and daily work plans
• Coordinate electrical design activities with internal teams and subcontractors
• Supervise and monitor the progress of ongoing works, ensuring adherence to schedule and quality standards
• Maintain high standards of Quality and Safety, ensuring all procedures are implemented and monitored effectively
• Monitor and manage labour tracking sheets and resource allocation
• Oversee and coordinate the full Electrical installation across the project
• Engage with project stakeholders, including clients, to ensure clear communication and alignment on goals
