Role Purpose
The Electrical & Instrumentation Principal Engineer will act as a senior Subject Matter Expert and technical leader for SGS Malaysia’s System & Process Safety service expansion. The role is responsible for assessing market opportunity and technical feasibility, designing / developing new service offerings, supporting project delivery, and establishing standards, procedures and methodologies for E&I commissioning, quality assurance, inspection and technical advisory work for new factory set-up in E&E and semiconductor manufacturing environments.
Business Context
This role supports a new service opportunity linked to safe workplace and system / process safety requirements, where customers require independent E&I technical review, commissioning assurance, quality inspection and methodology development.
