Electrical Foreman

PRICE ELECTRIC is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead and supervise job site teams on projects throughout the Des Moines area. This position is the primary on-site contact and is responsible for safety, quality, productivity, and successful project execution.



What you'll do:


+ Lead and supervise electrical crews while promoting a strong safety culture

+ Ensure work meets all code, quality, company, and customer standards

+ Plan and schedule labor and resources, including 2-week look-ahead schedules

+ Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades

+ Monitor productivity, materials, and job progress to meet timelines

+ Use tools such as Procore, BIM, Outlook, Teams, and related technology

+ Mentor and train apprentices and team members
