Electrical Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team on a state-of-the-art heavy lift/pipelay vessel. In this key role, you will lead and coordinate the electrical team, ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and mentor the electrical team (up to six people), assigning tasks and providing technical guidance

Coordinate equipment, materials, and resources to enable the team to complete assigned work scopes

Enforce strict adherence to all applicable safety standards across the team

Analyse technical drawings and schematics to plan and execute electrical work activities

Optimise personnel and equipment utilisation in collaboration with project supervisors

Conduct daily toolbox talks and ensure adherence to planned timelines

Provide regular progress reports on work completed, quantities installed, and resources utilized
