About the Role

Provide engineering design solutions and through life engineering support to the JFD product range.

Workload can vary from designing new products to meet client or internal specifications to supporting an existing client’s request to upgrade or change equipment in the field.

Principal Accountabilities

• Provide engineering design input to new products and support the existing product range by assessing technical queries and providing engineering solutions.
• Liaise with internal JFD departments such as sales, procurement, and production to ensure the best technical solution is provided in all instances.
• Sourcing suitable components and materials when required, and creating part numbers and bill of materials.
• Creation of engineering documentation such as specifications, proposals, assembly instruction...
