About Us  Inductra Magnetic Components designs and manufactures transformers and inductors at our Savli plant. We care about quality, innovation, and growing our people. We're looking for a fresh electrical engineering graduate to join our team and learn hands-on.
What You'll Do
Help design transformers and inductors — schematics, basic calculations, and material selection
Support transformer testing in our lab and record the results
Work with the quality team to make sure products meet standards
Prepare simple technical documents and reports
Learn our design and simulation tools with guidance from senior engineers
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or a related field)
Strong basics in electrical engineering and electricity
Eagerness to learn design, testing, and simulation
Able to read technical drawings
