Electrical Engineer - Transportation Buildings (Thornhill)

Overview

As an Electrical Engineer with WSP, you will contribute to complex transportation and building projects that support safe, reliable and sustainable land, air and water transportation networks. From transit and rail facilities to aviation and municipal infrastructure, your work will help shape communities across Canada.

You will be part of multidisciplinary project teams delivering electrical systems for major clients including GO Metrolinx, TTC, YRT, CN, CP and GTAA, among others.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver electrical systems for transportation and building infrastructure, including power distribution, fire alarm, bonding & grounding, lightning protection, emergency power generator & UPS, internal and external lighting, and lighting control systems.
• Prepare electrical calculations, conceptual and detailed designs, technical specifications, and construction documentation.
