Electrical Engineer

Position : Service & Application Engineer/Technician

• Design & customize electronic & electrical system and control circuit drawings

• Perform repair, installation, testing, commissioning or troubleshooting of equipment at workshop or customer's site

• Facilitate and resolve customers' technical and quality issues up to closure with proactive and effective communication

• Investigate equipment failures to diagnose defective systems

• Prepare and submit accurate documentation of services provided including operational manuals

• Coordinate with sales team on customers' service requirements and support

• Schedule service calls according to customers' location and urgency of need.

• Fresh Graduate/Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Robotics Engineering

• Minimum 1-2 years working experience
