Electrical Engineer - Proposals

We are seeking an experienced Proposal Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in the Instrumentation or Electronics engineering field, with a strong background in end-to-end techno-commercial proposal preparation, accurate project cost estimation, and competitive bidding for PLC, RTU, SCADA, and Industrial Automation projects. The role ensures winning proposals, cost control, and risk mitigation while aligning with client specifications and company profitability targets.
