Electrical Engineer - Product Support Engineer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support to Product Managers in the installation, commissioning, programming, troubleshooting and repair of equipment as needed
• Support Sales Personnel in product presentations, product demo, and product training
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of tools, equipment, instruments, and software utilized for optimal performance and functionality
• Determine and evaluate technical difficulties, recommend possible solutions and troubleshoot to promptly address issues
• Oversee site operations and provide necessary support during project implementation such as manpower and resource allocation, provision of materials, adherence to safety standards, proper use of machinery and equipment
• Coordinate and regularly report progress to the manager/s involved in the project
