To plan, execute and follow up predictive and preventive maintenance schedule on electrical equipment & process instrumentation.

To monitor and provide guideline to electrical breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance and improvement project

Responsible for installation, maintenance, software revision and backup updates, upgrades, troubleshooting and repairs malfunctions in SCADA, communications equipment, PLC’s and process instrumentation.

Maintain and improve existing controls standards and documentation for equipment manuals and Technical Documents (P&ID, Functional specification drawing and etc).

To liaise with contractor, vendor & production on projects/modification/improvement activities

To provide training and educating electrical technician if needed

To review electrical spare parts list, monitor record and spare part lifespan.
