JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To plan, execute and follow up predictive and preventive maintenance schedule on electrical equipment & process instrumentation.
• To monitor and provide guideline to electrical breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance and improvement project
• Responsible of installation, maintenance, software revision and backup updates, upgrades, troubleshooting and repairs malfunctions in SCADA, communications equipment, PLC's and process instrumentation.
• Maintain and improve existing controls standards and documentation for equipment manuals and Technical Documents (P&ID, Functional specification drawing and etc).
• To liaise with contractor, vendor & production on projects/modification/improvement activities
• To provide training and educating electrical technician if needed
• To review electrical spare parts list, monitor record and spare part lifespan.
