Job Description
Join our Power Systems Division as a Power Electronics / Electrical Engineer specializing in Power Electronics Hardware and Controller Design and Testing. You will engage in cutting-edge design and testing of power electronic systems using WBG (SiC or GaN) technologies.
Responsibilities

+ Design and test WBG- (SiC or GaN) based power electronic converter topologies, including active rectifiers, isolated DC-DC converters, solid-state transformers, and high-speed motor drives.

+ Design and test power electronic converter digital control algorithms.

+ Develop Controller-Hardware-in-the-Loop (CHIL), Power-Hardware-in-the-Loop (PHIL), or real-time (RT) test setups.

+ Design and test systems based on WBG semiconductor modules ranging from 1.2 kV to 10 kV.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solid-state power conversion systems.
