Electrical Engineer

Ohana Development is seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer with a strong background in construction and real estate development, particularly in luxury villas and high-end residential projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in shop drawings preparation and site execution, ensuring systems are installed to the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review shop drawings for power, lighting, low current, and grounding systems specific to villa and luxury property construction.



Supervise on-site electrical installations and coordinate with contractors and other disciplines to ensure smooth execution.



Ensure all works comply with local electrical codes, project specifications, and safety standards.



Collaborate with project managers, architects, and MEP teams to solve technical issues.
