Electrical /Electronics Engineer (Fresh Graduate)

Job Description

• Collaborate with regional teams to resolve customer escalations, supplier issues, and manufacturing bottlenecks.
• Perform deep technical analysis, deliver time-critical solutions, and ensure full resolution of hardware anomalies.
• Analyze radio designs using lab equipment (analyzers, oscilloscopes) and run performance simulations or experiments.
• Lead prototype bring-up, functional debugging, and support manufacturing through regulatory and reliability certifications.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunications Engineering.
• Good analytical skill & understanding of schematics diagram.
• Good problem solving and inter team coordination skill.
• Customer focused and result oriented.
• Ability to work and communicate well across different design center/ regional teams.
