Your Role as Electrical EIT (Engineering Intern)

Reporting to the Supervisor of Electrical Engineering Services the Electrical EIT (Engineering Intern) will be working under the guidance and supervision of senior engineers. The successful candidate will work closely with electrical designers and electrical engineers while performing entry‑level engineering work on small and large‑scale projects. You will also execute, coordinate and expedite a succession of different engineering activities as part of capital expenditure projects.

  • Assist in the design, analysis, and implementation of electrical systems (e.g., power distribution, single‑line diagrams, panel schedules, grounding/bonding, lighting layouts, and cable schedules) under senior supervision, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
