Job Title: Electrical Draftsman (Building Design) Location: Qatar Department: Engineering / MEP Design 1. Purpose of the Role To prepare accurate and detailed electrical drawings for building projects, including power distribution, lighting systems, and ELV layouts, ensuring compliance with project specifications, local authority regulations, and international standards. 2. Key Responsibilities A. Electrical Drafting & Design Support Prepare detailed electrical shop drawings and design drawings (lighting, power, small power, single line diagrams, ELV systems). Develop cable routing, containment layouts (tray, trunking, conduits). Draft load schedules, panel board layouts, and riser diagrams. Support engineers in converting design concepts into coordinated drawings. B. Coordination Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to ensure clash-free drawings.
