Electrical Designer – Industrial Automation

Location: Ancaster, ON (Onsite) | Department: Automation | Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 annually | Vacancy: Existing Position | Travel: North America (Canada & USA, as required)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support electrical control systems for automation equipment and machinery
• Ensure compliance with all applicable Quality, Safety, and Environmental standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, CSA, UL, and company standards)
• Test and troubleshoot PLC and HMI programs
• Support machine installation, testing, debugging, and commissioning during startups
• Perform Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) support and provide remote troubleshooting assistance to field service teams
