Electrical Construction Manager

Enersense Engineering is currently seeking an Electrical Construction Manager to support one of our client on a Data Centre projects located in Helsinki and Espoo, Finland. We are hiring on a permanent basis and the position is set to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Manage site Quality Assurance in coordination with the QA Manager, ensuring all works meet the highest standards
• Oversee the project schedule with the Project Team and prepare two‑week look‑aheads for upcoming works
• Ensure labour resources are planned and maintained in line with project requirements
• Supervise subcontractor activities, monitoring progress against schedules and manpower trackers
• Identify and report all variations and delays to Project Management
• Verify that all plant and materials delivered are in line with specifications and safely stored onsite
• Support project close‑out, including O&M manuals, punch lists, ...
