Electrical & Automation Lead

CSG Talent has an opportunity for an experienced Electrician with plant operation experience, to oversee and lead electrical maintenance activities across New South Wales sites. 
The role drives continuous improvement in maintenance performance, while also leading the delivery of electrical and automation projects, managing activities from concept through to commissioning. You will have 2 direct reports.
Our client is a global leader in the production and distribution of raw minerals for a variety of industries such as construction, packaging, food, pharmaceuticals and agriculture. 
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and lead electrical maintenance activities across NSW. As lead, will have a team of 2 direct reports.
Ensure compliance with all legislative, regulatory, and company standards. while maintaining strong knowledge of applicable industry requirements.
