The Electrical Assembly Technician builds industrial machines and control panels for industrial bakery equipment, assembling and wiring electrical components according to detailed specifications, diagrams, and standards. This role combines hands-on fabrication, precise electrical wiring, and troubleshooting in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Build industrial machines and control panels for industrial bakery equipment according to engineering specifications and standards.
+ Assemble a wide variety of electrical components onto back panels and equipment with high attention to detail and quality.
+ Wire electrical components per given specifications, wiring diagrams, and schematics, ensuring compliance with NEC code and proper wiring techniques.
+ Run and bend 1/2 to 1.5 aluminum rigid conduit using appropriate tools and methods.
