**Job Description**

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Assemblers to join our manufacturing team in Perth. In this hands-on role, you will assemble and wire control panels and systems, following precise specifications and conducting functional testing to ensure every product meets high performance, safety, and quality standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble and wire control panels and systems using schematics, blueprints, and verbal instructions
+ Lay out wiring sequences and component placement with accuracy
+ Perform hands-on testing to ensure every product meets top standards
+ Follow CSA, UL, and CEC codes and contribute to a culture of quality
+ Share ideas to improve processes and efficiency—your voice matters here
+ Be part of safety programs, lean initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
