Electrical and Instrumentation Technician

Responsibilities:
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, control panels, motors, and automated equipment.
Diagnose and resolve electrical faults in production lines to minimize downtime.
Conduct routine inspections, testing, and calibration of instrumentation equipment.
Conduct routine inspections, testing, and calibration of instrumentation equipment.
Execute electrical safety testing including insulation resistance checks and continuity tests.
Control Systems & Automation:
Operate and maintain PLC systems and Electronic Operator Interfaces.
Monitor and analyze process control data to identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
Configure and maintain Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), soft starters, and smart drives.
Support automation system upgrades and modifications.
