Electric Utility Field Designer

We are looking for an experienced Electric Utility Field Designer to join our Boerne office as an individual contributor.

This role requires hands-on experience in designing and planning electric power distribution facilities.

The ideal candidate is technically skilled, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

A college degree is not required , but prior utility design experience is essential.

Role Clarity:

• This is a field-based role with up to 100% travel.


• While the position is based out of our Boerne office, you will be consistently working at project sites throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform field design and planning for overhead and underground electric distribution projects (4 kV–35 kV).


• Review and transfer field design notes into project drawings and material lists.
