Shift Pattern Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 16:30 Friday 08:00 - 15:30
 Main duties and responsibilities
Oversee the maintenance, repair, and overall functionality of all facilities.
Ensure all utilities (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) are operating efficiently.
Monitor and maintain building systems, including fire alarm, lighting, and security systems.
Ensure compliance with building codes, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Coordinate with contractors for repairs, maintenance, and construction projects.
Manage relationships and performance of third-party service providers.
