ELearning Platform Administrator

Experience: 4 to 7 Years

Location: Bangalore /Hyderabad/Chennai /Mysore

Mandate Skills: corner stone (hands on) + LMS

Preference – 1-year contract (Extendable)

Shift Timings: Rotational

Strong experience with Cornerstone LMS Administration, including:

o Assigning training

o Creating and updating curricula

o Managing sessions using advanced functionality

o Adding and maintaining training history records

o Ability to load, test, and troubleshoot issues with eLearning Modules (SCORM, AICC)

- Strong customer service orientation and ability to support a global user base professionally and efficiently

- Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing/workflow systems (preferred)

- Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools (e.G., generating LMS reports, dashboard views)

- Ability to follow standardized global processes and ensure accurate documentation...
