Elder Care Provider

I am a family of two including a Shih Tzu elderly dog. My children are grown and have their own families, but they come visit on the weekends with my grandchildren. I am completely independent, mobile and still attend work. But I have aches and pains, and I need a massage twice per week. I have a massage table in my bedroom.
I like to have family over weekly, so I’m looking for primarily help with maintaining my home on a daily basis. The house is 5000 ft.² Other than weekly massages, house cleaning, including deep cleaning, laundry, dishes, and assisting with family gatherings is what I am looking for.
Because my family comes to visit on the weekends the days that I require assistance are at a minimum: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Monday. Sunday is preferred too but I understand some people have religious observances.
I can provide 20-30 hours per week of work
