Due to continued growth and success, the firm is now looking to appoint an EL/PL Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its expanding team. You'll manage your own caseload of pre- and post‑litigation matters while working within a supportive environment that offers genuine long‑term career development.

The Role

• Manage your own caseload of EL/PL claims (pre and post litigation)


• Progress files from initial instruction through to conclusion


• Draft witness statements and key legal documentation


• Review expert evidence and medical reports


• Instruct medical experts and counsel


• Attend conferences, hearings and trials where required


• Assess quantum and make settlement offers
