Job Description

The EIA Project Manager is responsible for the end‑to‑end management of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) projects in Ireland, acting as the primary interface between clients, internal technical teams, and external stakeholders. The role focuses on programme delivery, coordination of multidisciplinary inputs, budget management, and quality assurance, ensuring EIARs are delivered in line with Irish regulatory requirements and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
Lead and manage EIA projects from inception through submission and post‑submission support.
Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and risk registers.
Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams (e.g. ecology, ornithology, noise, landscape, traffic, hydrology).
Manage project handover from bid stage into delivery, ensuring clarity on scope, assumptions, and commercial terms.
