E&I Commissioning Technicians

THE OPPORTUNITY 

We are seeking safety and quality conscious E&I Commissioning Technician to join the team at a remote underground mine site. In this role, you will be working on a 2 and 1 FIFO roster. Flights, accommodation and meal allowances will be provided. 

In this role, you will: 

• Energise systems progressively in a safe, controlled manner.
• Verify instrumentation and control systems wiring against P&IDs and I/O lists
• Conduct functional testing of electrical equipment and instruments.
• Calibrate and prove safety interlocks, emergency stops, earth leakage devices, overloads and trip functions.
• Support dry and wet commissioning phases (no-load and load tests).
• Maintain accurate commissioning records, as-built documentation, green lines and test sheets for project handover.
