EHS Specialist

Position Summary The EHS Specialist is responsible for providing technical environmental, health and safety support to Ajinomoto Foods (AFNA) assigned plant(s) and personnel. Essential functions include supporting the evaluation of environmental, health and safety programs and coordinating plant activities to support local and corporate objectives. The EHS Specialist will influence behavior and inspire commitment on the part of all personnel in complying with Ajinomoto safety standards and maintaining a safe work environment. The EHS Specialist will provide oversight to a designated plant(s) to ensure compliance with all corporate EHS programs and policies under the direction of a Site EHS Manager.
