Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a new manufacturing client to find a full-time EHS Specialist in the Carthage, TN area.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
+ Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
+ Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulations.
+ Support EHS programs, training, audits and compliance
+ Coordinate workers' compensation activities, including documentation, follow-ups, and return-to-work processes.
+ Support workplace medical emergencies, first aid response, and injury management activities.
+ Track and report safety metrics and maintain documentation.
**Qualifications:**
+ 3+ years of experience in Industrial Safety, Occupational Health, Nursing or a similar role
+ Experience supporting safety programs within a manufacturing/industrial environment
+ CPR/First Aid certification
+ OSHA 30-hour certification
