EHS Site Executive (Senai Based)

Support top management and National ESH in driving ESH and security excellence at the Senai site through effective implementation of strategies, culture building, and adherence to corporate standards. The role ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, promotes Behavior Based Safety and Sika minimum standards, supports the implementation and maintenance of the Sika Management System in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, and conducts ESH audits while monitoring performance trends and follow up actions.

EHS Strategy and Program Implementation

Support the development and implementation of EHS and security strategies aligned with corporate and regional initiatives for the Senai plant. Work closely with National ESH, QA, and Compliance teams to deploy new programs, audit frameworks, and report standards across the site while ensuring effective communication at all levels of the organization.
