EHS Senior Specialist

Job Summary

The EHS Specialist will be the primary on‑site guardian for health, safety, and environmental compliance during the construction of a large‑scale data center. The role ensures all construction activities—from civil works to MEP fit‑out—adhere strictly to local regulations, corporate EHS standards, OSHA and ISO guidelines, with the objective of creating a zero‑incident workplace.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Safety Management
   • Implement and enforce the project‑specific EHS plan and behavioral safety programs.
   • Conduct daily site walkthroughs and safety audits, focusing on high‑risk activities such as crane lifts, working at heights, excavation, hot work (welding), and scaffolding.
   • Lead the permitting process for high‑hazard tasks including Confined Space Entry, Hot Work Permits, and LOTO/energization.
   • Monitor subcontractor compliance and stop work immediately if unsafe conditions are observed.
