EHS Senior Executive

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement factory safety policies, ensuring proper operation and parking of forklifts, cranes, and other transport equipment.
• Implement the organization's health and safety policy and procedures so that all employees have a safe and healthy working environment and the organization complies with all current and future regulations and laws.
• Conduct safety audits and on-site inspections to identify workplace hazards and unsafe equipment, working practices, or working conditions.
• Monitor environmental emissions (water, air, noise, solid waste), ensuring compliance with Malaysian DOE regulations.
• Coordinate with external environmental agencies, submit regulatory reports, and track corrective actions.
• Conduct safety and environmental training for staff (onboarding and refresher courses).
