ABOUT THE JOB:
The EHS Officer will be responsible for implementing and enforcing the company's Environment, Health & Safety framework across all projects and operational sites. This role supports safe execution of telecom and engineering activities by ensuring regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and a strong safety culture among field and office teams.
The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, contractors, and field technicians to proactively manage risks and promote safe work practices.
Responsibilities:
•Implement and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and standards across all operational sites
•Conduct site risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety inspections
•Ensure compliance with local regulations, statutory requirements, and company safety guidelines
•Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings, and EHS awareness training for staff and contractors
