Job Description
We are looking for an EHS Manager to provide EHS leadership to the site and be accountable for directing EHS activities at the location. This includes establishing EHS objectives and targets, reporting EHS performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and operation of the Health, Safety and Environmental management system, including risk assessments, inspections, incident investigations, internal and external auditing, lagging and leading metrics, training and development, and employee engagement.
- Champion the safety culture at the site through coaching and influencing the leadership team to achieve external and internal standards.
- Lead continuous improvement in EHS through risk and environmental impact reduction at the site, ensuring compliance with regulatory, company standards, and best practices.
