As a member of the EHS team, the EHS Manager will be responsible for environmental and safety topics at Lear Corporation Poland Tychy location (2 manufacturing facilities and central functions) , analyze trends to provide guidance and technical advice and lead in implementing solutions in the area of safety, environmental, sustainability and ergonomics to ensure employees are provided a safe working environment and ensure environmental requirements are in place to protect the environment and keep facility in compliance with all applicable requirements.
Responsibilities
Play an active role in leading, implementation, and overall culture of employee engagement, Lear leadership model, continuous improvement, and adherence to safe, efficient, regulatory compliant, and consistent environmental practices and conditions.
