Job Description
This role leads the full Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) program for a new, high-growth manufacturing facility. The EHS Manager champions a strong safety culture, drives sustainability initiatives, and builds the strategic roadmap for compliance and continuous improvement. This is a highly visible position with true ground-up ownership of EHS, offering the opportunity to shape culture, systems, and long-term strategy from an early stage.
Responsibilities

+ Champion a Zero Harm safety culture that protects employees, contractors, and customers across the facility.

+ Develop, implement, and continuously refine a strategic EHS roadmap that elevates safety, health, and environmental performance.
