Job Overview 

 Reports to: Director of EH &S 

 Location: Everett, WA

 Type: Full-Time, Exempt

 Schedule: 5 days a week on-site

 Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually
Job Summary:

Provide EHS leadership and technical support to the site and support the application of best-in-class EHS processes, procedures, programs, tools, training and standards across the organization. This role covers two plants and will require driving between the two.
Responsibilities: 
Define, implement, and reinforce standard EHS practices through plant management to ensure daily compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company standards.

Lead continuous improvement of the site’s EHS culture by delivering foundational OSHA training and implementing a comprehensive EHS methodology, such as STOP or a similar behavior-based safety system.<...
