Responsibilities

• Supervise the EHS and Medical Departments.
• Support the Human Resources Manager as required.
• Manage the EHS department budget.
• Maintain the organization’s legal compliance level by managing legal procedures with relevant government agencies and develop and implement operational controls for injury prevention, work‑related health care, environmental protection, and pollution prevention.
• Develop emergency and contingency plans in case of a pandemic.
• Promote participation in and compliance with Voluntary Self‑Assessment Programs promoted by government agencies regarding EHS.
• Responsible for the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Management Systems and act as an internal auditor and host for management audits.
• Promote compliance with the EHS policy, including worker participation.
